How AI changes your job, task by task

Most answers to "will AI take my job" give you a probability and leave you hanging. A percentage tells you how scared to be. It tells you nothing about Monday morning.

These analyses work differently. Every job is a bundle of tasks, and AI lands on tasks, one at a time. So we take each occupation apart using the European Commission's ESCO skills data, then sort every task into four buckets: eliminate (work that should stop existing), automate (AI produces production-quality output with the right setup), delegate (AI does the first 80%, you lead and review), and keep (human-led work, with AI around it). Exposure numbers come from published research by Microsoft Research and Anthropic, cited on every page. No invented scores.

The point of each analysis is the same: the person who maps their own work first becomes the one who runs AI for the team, and that person does not get replaced by it.
